Course description:

Nonprofit Management III - Human Resource Management in Nonprofit Organizations gave an overview on the human resource management in nonprofit organizations. Characteristics of nonprofit human resource management, particularly volunteer management, were the main subject of this module. Volunteer programs, volunteer valuation as well as the changing nature of volunteering  were analyzed. Leadership in nonprofit organizations and ethical issues in nonprofit human resource management were discussed. The Course is a block course and is held in English in October 2011.
