Für Bachelor Studierende bietet die Area Management zwei Grundlagenveranstaltungen an.  „MAN 301 Strategic and International Management“ wird im Rahmen des ersten Semesters durch Prof. Dr. Al-Laham und Prof. Dr. Woywode angeboten, während „MAN 401 Organization and Human Resources Management“ im dritten Semester von Prof. Dr. Lichtenthaler sowie  Prof. Dr. Oechlser gehalten wird.
